Benefits

Dental cover

As a company we are committed to preventive dental care and the protection of teeth to ensure that they last for a lifetime. We offer interest-free loans to get teeth up to a good standard; and after six months, we offer to pay the monthly fees charged by any dentist for Denplan Care or Denplan Essentials and include with the plan dental implant cover.  After one year of service, we pay the monthly fees charged by any dentist for Denplan Care for a partner or child living with the employee.


Bonus


We run an annual bonus programme that is driven by two key elements: individual and company performance.


Company pension plan


Provided by Simplyhealth, we offer a pension plan where an employee contributes between 3-6% of pensionable salary while we contribute between 5-11.5% depending on job grade.


Flexi-time


We operate a flexi-time system that enables employees to build up hours when they have extra work to do, to take odd hours as well as half or full days off up to a maximum of six days per year.


Holidays


Holiday entitlement is dependent on job grade and increases the longer you have been with the company, starting at a minimum of 23 days rising to 28 days plus statutory holidays. To celebrate every five years of service, employees are given an extra five days of holiday to take in that year.


Life assurance


All employees are covered for life assurance at four times their annual basic salary.


Everyday Health Plan

The Everyday Health Plan helps you meet the everyday costs of healthcare, whether it's a dental check--up or a new pair of glasses, Simplyhealth will give you cash back towards these costs. This is a Tax free benefit.



Private Medical Scheme

The Private Medical Scheme covers you for private medical diagnosis and treatment, including access to psychiatric in and day-patient treatment, heart and cancer cover. This is a Taxable benefit.



Pet health cover


We offer employees the opportunity to apply the same concept of preventive care to the health of their family pet.  We will pay the initial joining fee and subscription costs on behalf of employees for one cat, dog or rabbit.


Other benefits


We also offer childcare vouchers, interest-free loans for driving lessons, subsidised travel to work using public transport, free parking at the local park and ride, enhanced maternity benefits, plus many more.

Training

Training courses

We offer a wide range of internal and external training courses as well as bespoke workshops, ranging from NLP and Personal Effectiveness to Presentation Skills and Effective Letter Writing.

Professional qualifications

We support employees in the achievement of relevant academic and professional qualifications.

NVQs

We also offer NVQs to staff.

Internal opportunities

Where possible, we like to fill vacancies from within the company. Our annual career review ensures that everyone gets a chance to express their ambitions and, with the help of their manager, build a development plan to achieve them. We also give individuals further learning opportunities through secondments and additional project work.
